Re: Angelo Pavageau
CDCR#: B58812

Dear Sir or Madam,

It has come to my attention that the murderer of Frank Carlson is once again being considered for parole at a hearing scheduled for April 25, 2017.

Because of the heinous nature of the crimes that Angelo Pavageau committed against Frank and Annette Carlson, he should never be allowed to re-enter civil society.

Pavageau’s original sentence was the death penalty plus 54 years. It is only due to legal technicalities that he has had scheduled parole hearings since 1980. With each parole hearing, the Carlson family and their friends are forced to relive the loss and horror of these savage crimes: this is cruel beyond words.

I strongly oppose parole for this vicious killer. Also, in recognition of "Marsy's Law," please apply the maximum sentence of 15 years before his next parole hearing.

Sincerely,
